Why are the costs high?
Pricing follows the Florist Industry standards. Preserved and dried florals have a much longer processing time and sometimes go through some tedious preserving methods. Majority of our products also come from Europe because their quality is amazing! Rest assured, you will get an amazing return on investment because these florals are everlasting!
How long will my custom order take?
Please allow up to two weeks for completion of your order to be shipped/hand delivered. Timing depends on inventory and time to create your precious piece.
How long will ready to ship items take?
These pieces are already created and ready to ship, please allow 2 - 3 business days to process and ship orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, shipping will only be within the United States. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at time of checkout.

Returns or Change of Mind?
We do not currently offer returns at this time. If your are unhappy with your purchase or item is damaged, please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can assist with rectifying this. Please note, for items that are shipped, once they are delivered to the postal service, damages that may be acquired during delivery are out of our hands and we will work with you and the post office to rectify. We do our best to ensure that your piece is packaged as well as possible and labeled with a fragile label for the post offices awareness.
